Daniel Osetek | President

Mr. Osetek is also the Chair of the Loan Review Committee. Dan joined Meredith Village Savings Bank in 2014 and today serves as a Senior Vice President Commercial Lending-Team Leader at Meredith Village Savings Bank.  Dan’s career in commercial lending began in 2002 after graduating from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts. Dan’s extensive experience in commercial lending allows him to develop financing strategies to help all businesses big and small.  He served as a board member of the Mount Washington Valley Habitat for Humanity where he acted as president and vice president.  He was also a board member of the Mount Washington Valley Economic Council.

Bruce Woodruff | Vice President

Mr. Woodruff is serving as the Moultonborough and Milton Representative.  Mr. Woodruff retired from the Planning Department in Dover in 2011 where he was City Planner with 22+ years of experience in all aspects of municipal and transportation planning.  Prior to that he was Zoning Administrator and Assistant Town Engineer for the Town of Hudson. He served in the US Air Force and Air National Guard for almost 36 years and was sent to the Middle East for three tours after 9/11.  He is also a graduate from Franklin Pierce College with a B.S. in General Studies.  Currently, Mr. Woodruff is the Contract Town Planner in Milton.  Bruce and his family live in Milton and are active boaters on Milton Three Ponds.

Megan Ryder | Past President

Ms. Ryder is currently a Commercial Banking Officer at Bank of New Hampshire in the Lakes Region. Prior to that she has served as VP, Corporate Cash Management Officer at Bank of New Hampshire, and a Business Banking Officer serving the Northern New Hampshire market for Citizens Financial Group. Her background includes retail, business and investment banking. Megan resides in Wolfeboro with her husband and daughter.

John E. Libby | Treasurer

Mr. Libby’s professional strengths are focused on tax and accounting, audit, technology consulting, litigation support, and business valuation services to entrepreneurs, wealthy individuals, private and public corporations and legal practitioners across a broad range of industries. Mr. Libby attended Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH where he earned both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance and a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of New Hampshire and Maine; a Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance.

Debra Golder | Secretary

Ms. Golder is the Branch Manager at People United Bank in Wolfeboro. Prior to that she was the Branch Manager at Northway Bank in West Ossipee and Citizens Bank in both Ossipee and Wolfeboro. She is an active in the Wolfeboro Lions Club as a Board Member and Treasurer, and has served as the Chair of the Scholarship committee for many years. Her background includes 43 years of banking in operations, retail, business and investment banking. She and her husband reside in Wolfeboro.

Laura Colbath

Wakefield Representative

Ms. Colbath is a live-long resident of Wakefield. She currently service as the Market Manager of the Sanbornville branch of Profile Bank. Ms. Colbath is also a board member of the Wakefield Food Pantry, the Wakefield Chamber of Commerce, and the Hazel MacBrien Nursery school. She lives in Sanbornville with her fiancé and two children.

Timothy Cronin

At-Large Member for WEDCO

Mr.Cronin is serving as a Wolfeboro Representative. Mr. Cronin retired from the paper industry in 2013 where he was a sales professional with 25+ years of experience supporting multiple manufacturing locations in Maine, NH, and Canada.  Tim managed sales teams for multiple product lines that included strategic long-term planning, advertising and communication.  Tim’s responsibilities were client relations, account & project management including leading a team to secure and implement a 3-million-dollar software system. Tim was an elected official of the Newtown CT Zoning Board of Appeals from December 1995 to July 2016 serving for 21 years.  During his time in Newtown CT his family was active boaters on the inland lakes and Long Island Sound.  He served on Wolfeboro’s Zoning Board of Adjustment for a total of 6 years, ending in March of 2023.

Kathy Fairman

Town of Wolfeboro

Ms. Fairman is president and owner of the Wolfeboro Trolley Company (co-founder 1987) and Endicott Corner LLC, a commercial real estate entity in Wolfeboro. She is chairman of the Wolfeboro Economic Development Committee (member since 2013,) and a graduate of the UNH Extension’s Economic Development Academy. A NH small business owner for 37 years she co-founded The Laker newspaper in 1984 where she served as editor/vice-president until its sale in 2001. Following graduation from Suffolk University, Boston in 1974 she began her career as a reporter/assistant editor for the Granite States News then served as Public Affairs/News Director for WASR. She is a member of the Wolfeboro Area Chamber of Commerce and the Lakes Region Tourism Association, and the 2017 recipient of the Wolfeboro Chamber’s General James Wolfe Award for Outstanding Service and Dedication. She lives in Alton and has two adult children and four grandchildren.

Daniel Mills

At-Large Member for WEDCO

Mr. Mills is the former President and CEO of PSI Molded Plastics NH (formerly known as GI Plastek). Daniel is now on the Board of Directors of PSI Molded Plastics. Daniel has held senior  management roles over the past 25+ years at companies such as Textron, TRW and Kautex. He built his career at Textron Automotive in plastics injection molding, starting as a Project Engineer, progressing to Vice President of Operations, managing plants in the US, Canada and Mexico. Prior to joining PSI Daniel was the General Manager for Gainsborough Specialty Bathing; launching a green field’s manufacturing plant in the USA growing sales to $20 M in three years. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Dunstable College in the UK, and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.

Jeremy Roberge

At-Large Member at WEDCO

Roberge is serving as an At-Large Member at WEDCO.  Jeremy is the President & CEO of Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.  He previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Huggins Hospital beginning in 2012.  Prior to Huggins Hospital, Jeremy’s career focused on financial and operational improvement in rural community hospitals and physician practices in New Hampshire’s Coos County.  He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in healthcare audits and finances.  He was also a member of the NH Army National Guard.  Jeremy currently serves on the GraniteOne Health Board of Trustees, the NH Hospital Association Board, the Foundation for Healthy Communities Board, the Wolfeboro Economic Development Committee, and the Rural Health Coalition.  In 2016, Jeremy was recognized as one of the “50 Critical Access Hospital CEO’s to Know” in the nation by Becker’s Hospital Review.  Jeremy resides in Alton with his wife and three children and enjoys skiing, golfing and mountain biking with his family.

Matthew Sawyer

Effingham Representative

Matt is the Town Administrator for the Town of Ossipee, overseeing the operations and staff of 40 employees and a $7.5 million budget. Prior to his current role, Matt’s background was in banking and investments including a decade managing bank branches such the new Northway Bank location in Meredith and several TD Bank locations including Wolfeboro and North Conway. Matt earned his B.S. in Business Administration from SNHU, a CRPC designation from the College for Financial Planning, and the ABA Certificate of Business and Commercial Lending. Matt lives in Effingham with his wife and son.
