Mary Collins | President
Ms. Collins serves as a Wolfeboro Representative. She is the former State Director of the New Hampshire Small Business Development Center a partnership program of the US SBA, the UNH Paul College of Business & Economics, the State of NH. Ms. Collins background also includes 20 years in the private sector where she held positions in finance, business development, and marketing for NH manufacturing and engineering firms. Ms. Collins served as a longtime Board member and now Trustee on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire High Technology Council (NHHTC). She also serves as a member of the NH Judicial Conduct Committee and on the Board of the Wright Museum in Wolfeboro. Ms. Collins holds a BA in History from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Rivier College. Mary is an avid gardener, enjoys bridge and travel, and her membership in the Corinthian Yacht Club on Lake Winnipesaukee. Mary and her husband have now retired in Wolfeboro.
Megan Ryder | Vice President
Ms. Ryder is currently the VP, Corporate Cash Management Officer at Bank of New Hampshire in Moultonborough. Prior to that she served as the Moultonborough Office Manager at Bank of New Hampshire, Business Banking Officer covering the Norther New Hampshire market for Citizens Financial Group, and a Licensed Bank with Citizens Bank in Wolfeboro. Her background includes retail, business and investment banking. Megan resides in Wolfeboro with her husband and two children.
Daniel Mills | Past President
Daniel Mills is the President and CEO of PSI Molded Plastics NH (formerly known as GI Plastek). Daniel has held senior management roles over the past 25+ years at companies such as Textron, TRW and Kautex. He built his career at Textron Automotive in plastics injection molding, starting as a Project Engineer, progressing to Vice President of Operations, managing plants in the US, Canada and Mexico. Prior to joining PSI Daniel was the General Manager for Gainsborough Specialty Bathing; launching a green field’s manufacturing plant in the USA growing sales to $20 M in three years. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Dunstable College in the UK, and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire.
Daniel Osetek | Treasurer
Mr. Osetek is WEDCO’s Meredith Village Savings Bank Representative.Mr. Osetek has been employed as a Vice President Commercial Loan Officer at Meredith Village Savings Bank since 2014. Dan’s career in commercial lending began in 2002 after graduating from BridgewaterState College in Massachusetts. Dan’s extensive experience in commercial lending allows him to develop financing strategies to help all businesses big and small. He served as a board member of the Mount Washington Valley Habitat for Humanity where he acted as president and vice president. He was also a board member of the Mount Washington Valley Economic Council.
Gail Patriquin | Secretary
Ms. Patriquin serves as WEDCO’s Brookfield Representative. Ms. Patriquin is the President of The Classic Journey Company, Inc., a full service travel agency. She has been in the travel industry for over 30 years, working first for Eastern Air Lines and then as a travel consultant in the Lakes Region. She has just celebrated her thirteenth anniversary owning and operating The Classic Journey Company. Gail and her husband have lived in Brookfield since 1980.
Mr. Ballard serves as a Member at Large and is Chairman of the Loan Review Committee. He is a former member of the Moultonborough’s Advisory Budget Committee and Capital Improvement Program Committee. He also served as Chair of the Planning Board for three years and was a member of the Finance Committee for the school building project. His business background includes over thirty-five years in financial services, primarily in the banking industry. His banking experience covered retail, commercial, and international lending. In addition, he worked with a consulting company engaged in Loan Review services for community banks. He and his wife Judy have owned real estate in Moultonborough since 1979 and became permanent residents there in 1998. They have two children and three grandchildren.
Ms. Brownell serves as the Ossipee Representative. She is a Project Specialist III at TD Bank. She has extensive experience in banking having worked at TD Bank Branches in Glenn, North Conway, Wolfeboro and Rochester. A native of North Conway, Ms. Brownell graduated from Kennett High School and continued her education, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Masters in Strategic Management from UNH/GSC. She has served on various nonprofit boards, including the MWV Habitat for Humanity, the MWV Chamber of Commerce, and the Rochester Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Wolfeboro Area Chamber of Commerce, and recently joined the Wolfeboro Rotary. Sarah resides in Ossipee with her husband three daughters, and many pets.
Ms. Colbath is a live-long resident of Wakefield. She currently service as the Market Manager of the Sanbornville branch of Profile Bank. Ms. Colbath is also a board member of the Wakefield Food Pantry, the Wakefield Chamber of Commerce, and the Hazel MacBrien Nursery school. She lived in Sanbornville with her fiance and two children.
At-Large Member for WEDCO
Tim Cronin is serving as an at Large Member for WEDCO. Mr. Cronin retired from the paper industry in 2013 where he was a sales professional with 25+ years of experience supporting multiple manufacturing locations in Maine, NH, and Canada. Tim managed sales teams for multiple product lines that included strategic long term planning, advertising and communication. Tim’s responsibilities were client relations, account & project management including leading a team to secure and implement a 3 million dollar software system. Tim was an elected official of the Newtown CT Zoning Board of Appeals from December 1995 to July 2016 serving for 21 years. During his time in Newtown CT his family was active boaters on the inland lakes and Long Island Sound. Tim and his wife recently relocated to Wolfeboro NH.
At-Large Member for WEDCO
Ms, Golder is the Branch Manager at People’s United Bank in Wolfeboro. Prior to that she was the Branch Manager at Northway Bank in West Ossipee and Citizens Bank in Both Ossipee and Wolfeboro. She is an active member of the Wolfeboro Lions Club and has served as the Chair of the Scholarship Committee for many years. Her background includes 40 years of banking in operations, retail, business and investment banking. She and her husband reside in Wolfeboro.
Ms. Jones is a lifelong resident of the Wolfeboro/Tuftonboro area, and the owner of GeezLouise! Home Decor in Melvin Village. She started GeezLouise as a weekend business while working full time as a customer service representative for a local lighting company. GeezLouise quickly became a success and she made the choice to dive into her running her own business and it is now in its 11th year. She holds a BA in English with a concentration in Communications from Keene State College and worked for several years as an on-air ratio disc hocky. she enjoys writing, music, and the arts.
At-Large Member at WEDCO
Mr. Roberge is serving as an At-Large Member at WEDCO. Jeremy is the President & CEO of Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. He previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Huggins Hospital beginning in 2012. Prior to Huggins Hospital, Jeremy’s career focused on financial and operational improvement in rural community hospitals and physician practices in New Hampshire’s Coos County. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in healthcare audits and finances. He was also a member of the NH Army National Guard. Jeremy is currently President of the Sugar Hill Retirement Community Board of Directors and serves on the Granite One Health Board of Trustees. In 2016, Jeremy was recognized as one of the “50 Critical Access Hospital CEO’s to Know” in the nation by Beckers Hospital Review.
At-Large Member, Town of Wolfeboro
Mr. Sullivan currently serves as the Director of Planning and Development for the Town of Wolfeboro and has been with the Town since 2016. Prior to joining Wolfeboro, he worked for Strafford Regional Planning Commission (SRPC) in Rochester, NH where he served the eighteen (18) communities of the Strafford region for six years as a Senior Planner and GIS Manager. While there, he administered SRPC’s EPA Brownfields Assessment and Strafford Economic Development District Program. Matt served on the Board of Directors for the Workforce Housing Coalition of the Greater Seacoast from 2014-2016 and currently serves on the Governor’s Millennial Advisory Council. Mr. Sullivan is a native of Milford, NH, a graduate of Miami University of Ohio, and a resident of Portsmouth.
